Finding the right long term care home for yourself or your loved ones can easily lead you down a rabbit hole of researching, calling, and visiting one home after another. From speaking with individuals we have cared for as well as their families, we noticed that most of them went through this long cycle (sometimes multiple times) before finding a care that met all of their needs.
From these conversations we found that there was a way for us to help! We started putting together a list of resources that included a list of frequently asked questions, common concerns and even contact information for experts within the AFH care industry to help families find care easily.
Our goal is to help you find a safe place to call home and a team that can cheer and support you.
